Civil Division:  Uncontested Divorces
 

As a service to the public, the Clerk's Office Civil Division provides an information packet that may assist you in obtaining an uncontested divorce.

This information packet will allow you to draft your own legal forms for an uncontested divorce based on at least one (1) year physical separation from your spouse. This information packet does not address any other domestic situation and does not address child support, custody, distribution of property, or spousal support.
