  • Clerk of Court Freeman wins the first annual President’s Award presented by the North Carolina Conference of Clerks of Superior Court. Read More
  • Convenience Court: In an effort to assist members of the public in resolving traffic offenses at a time that is convenient for them, the Wake County Courts are pleased to have established the Convenience Court. The court is open Monday-Friday in the kiosk outside of Courtroom 1A between 2 p.m.- 3:30 p.m. Individuals may speak to a district attorney about reducing their ticket. The ticket must be paid at the time. No personal checks/credit cards accepted.

  • January 2007 - The Wake County Clerk of Superior Court is happy to announce its intern program. College students pursuing degrees in criminal justice and other related fields may seek class credit from their school in exchange for working in the Clerk's Office. Currently Wake County Clerk of Superior Court has interns from St. Augustine's College, Shaw University, and the University of North Carolina.
