The District Attorney’s
Office and Superior Court-Criminal Division are located on the 8th
floor of the Wake County Courthouse, 316 Fayetteville Street. All those
entering the courthouse must submit to a security check either at the 316
Fayetteville Street or the 300 South Salisbury Street entrance. |

From RDU Airport, Durham, Chapel Hill: Take I-40 East to Raleigh. Approaching Raleigh, continue on I-40 at the Wade Ave. Exit. Follow I-40 to South Saunders St. North (Exit 298B). Stay in the right two lanes of S. Saunders--S. Saunders St. will split to the left, and the two right lanes of S. Saunders St. will become McDowell St. Follow S. McDowell St. until you reach Martin St. Take a right onto Martin St. At the next intersection, take a right onto S. Salisbury St. From Wendell: Take Business 64 West. Pass through Knightdale. Continue past Tower Shopping Center (on your right) and Wake Medical Center (on your left). 64 West becomes New Bern Ave.; New Bern Ave. becomes Edenton St.(one way). Stay in left lane. At State Capitol, make a left turn onto S. Salisbury St. Proceed to the 300 block of S. Salisbury St. From Capital Blvd (401 South): Follow Capital Blvd.(410 S) toward downtown Raleigh. Capital will become Dawson St. Follow Dawson St. until you reach Martin St. Take a left onto Martin St. Travel two blocks on Martin St. and take a right onto Salisbury St. Note: Approaching the Courthouse from S. Salisbury Street, parking will be on the right, and the rear entrance to the Courthouse will be on the left. Handicapped access is provided at the rear entrance of the Courthouse.

Street. Short-term metered parking is located around the perimeter of the
courthouse. |
